Executive Sanctuary-Chicago LLC respects the privacy of its guests. This policy explains how information is collected and used for guest services and optional mobile messaging.

Information we collect

We may collect a guest’s name, email address, mobile number, stay dates, property details, service requests, communication preferences, and feedback. Secure guest credentials and Wi-Fi information are maintained only as needed to provide the private welcome portal.

How information is used

Information is used to administer the stay, provide the private guest portal, respond to support requests, deliver requested email or text communications, maintain security, and request optional post-stay feedback.

Mobile-number privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except messaging providers, carriers, and service vendors that are necessary to deliver requested messages and are prohibited from using the information for their own marketing.

Text-message disclosures

Message frequency varies based on the guest’s stay and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Guests may reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or tenancy.

Security and retention

Tenant records are access-controlled and encrypted in managed server-side storage. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for guest service, security, recordkeeping, legal obligations, and authorized follow-up.

Your choices

You may decline text messaging, withdraw consent by replying STOP, or request help by replying HELP. You may also contact us to request an update or deletion where applicable.
