SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective August 9, 2026

These terms apply to text messages sent by Executive Sanctuary-Chicago LLC to guests who expressly agree to receive them.

How guests opt in

A guest may opt in by providing a mobile number directly to Executive Sanctuary-Chicago LLC and giving affirmative verbal, written, or electronic consent to receive stay-related text messages. The administrator records the consent method with the tenant record before text messaging becomes available.

Consent script

When requesting consent verbally or in writing, Executive Sanctuary-Chicago uses this disclosure: “Executive Sanctuary-Chicago would like to send you low-volume text messages about your stay, guest-portal access, customer support, and an optional post-stay feedback request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase or tenancy. Do you agree to receive these text messages at the mobile number you provided?” Text messaging is enabled only after the guest affirmatively agrees.

A guest may also initiate or restore SMS consent from our public SMS Consent page by texting START to +1 (312) 820-8770. YES and UNSTOP are also carrier-supported opt-in or re-subscribe commands. The guest will receive confirmation identifying Executive Sanctuary-Chicago and explaining how to reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. The administrator must still record the guest's consent before sending tenant-specific information from the private admin portal.

Types of messages

Messages may include a private guest-portal invitation, stay information, access or support information requested by the guest, customer-care replies, and an optional post-stay feedback or review request.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message and will receive no further texts unless you consent again. Reply HELP for assistance or contact property@executivesanctuary-chicago.com.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or tenancy. Do not provide a mobile number you are not authorized to use.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
